To All of Our Valued Customers,

Due to the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus, beginning Monday March 23rd, our showroom will be closed to walk in traffic in an effort to protect both our employees and customers. If you would like to pick up your material at the store, contact us by email or phone and a salesperson will process your order. Our staff will then stage your order in our parking lot upon your arrival. Please remember to contact us when you arrive. Please note that our superior delivery service will not be affected by these changes. We are open Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Douglas Lumber will be closing our facility on Saturdays, for the time being, effective March 21st.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.

Our kitchen department may take advanced appointments only at the present time and will be subject to social distancing practices for the safety of both you and our staff.

We believe that these changes are necessary for our community to collectively endure these unprecedented times. As the situation continues to evolve, we will make sure to keep you aware of changes to our business that enhance the safety of all of us.

Response to COVID-19

While our process may be different, we can still offer the same great service. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you.

How can I place an order?

Contact us through email, our "Request A Quote" feature, or by calling (401) 231-6800.

How can I pay for my order?

At this time, we will not be accepting cash. To pay for an order, you will need to provide a credit card over the phone, or have a Douglas Lumber Account.

Can I still have my orders delivered?

Yes! Our delivery service will still be available as it always is.

What if I want to pick up my order myself?

To pick up your order, just let us know when you are coming by and then call or email us when you get here. One of our dedicated staff members will bring your order to you in the parking lot.

We once again thank you for your cooperation at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope you remain safe and healthy.
