We are taking the situation that COVID-19 has put in front of us very seriously and are taking the necessary steps to remain a safe lumber yard for everyone. We have implemented additional measures to keep our facility as clean as possible. All counters, displays, door handles and other surfaces that we use on a daily basis are being cleaned frequently and thoroughly to prevent the spread of germs. Our showroom is being constantly monitored to ensure the highest standards are met at this time.

 

Our employees have been instructed to take the necessary precautions as this situation evolves. This includes the way that we interact with our customers. We ask that you please do not take offense to these precautions as we are looking to maintain a safe environment for both our customers and employees.

 

At Douglas Lumber, we have always put the customer first. We have never had to face a circumstance as severe as the COVID-19 epidemic. Therefore, we are constantly evaluating the situation as new information becomes available from the CDC and federal and/or state officials. At this time, we will remain open during our normal business hours, providing the highest quality customer service that we always strive for.
