To All of Our Valued Customers,

 

As the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 change, we are making some new changes as to how we operate our business. We feel confident that we can reopen our showroom on Monday May 11th, while practicing safe local and federal guidelines. While we can’t wait to see your friendly faces again in our store, we still encourage contactless pickup and delivery.

 

Many of the changes we have already made are still encouraged. Social Distancing practices are a must. Per the Governors orders, all customers are required to wear a mask upon entering the store. We recommend you continue to make appointments if at all possible. Calling the store, or submitting an order online, is still the best and safest way to make your purchase.

 

We are excited to be able to begin getting back to normal, but we must continue practicing social distancing. We will make sure to keep you aware of any changes to our business that enhance the safety of all of us.

While our process may be different, we can still offer the same great service. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you.

How can I place an order?

Customers are able to come into our showroom to order, however, the safest way to place your order is to contact us through email, our "Request A Quote" feature, or by calling (401) 231-6800.

Can I still have my orders delivered?

Yes! Our delivery service will still be available as it always is.

 

What if I want to pick up my order myself?

To pick up your order, just let us know when you are coming by and then call or email us when you get here. One of our dedicated staff members will bring your order to you in the parking lot.
